Tone Loc and Coolio will perform at the NC Music Factory’s massive Halloween celebration (at 9:15 and 10:15 p.m., respectively). The party also will feature DJ Overcash and a costume contest with more than $5,000 in cash and prizes. Register for the costume contest by 10 p.m., with prizes distributed at 11:30.
