How does it work?
As prom season arrives in Charlotte, many of us will pause to recall
(wince, wince) our own.
Send in your old prom photo, include IDs
and tell us a quick story if you have one. What do you remember the
most? How much was the dress.? Was the night a blast, or a disaster? We
insist on the details. And the older the photo, the better.
Is there a prize? Yes! The best shot will win a $25
gift card. You must include name, town and daytime number to be eligible for the prize.
We’ll name the winner and run some of the photos online
and in print.
Is there voting? No. Observer editors will select the winning photo.
When is the deadline? Midnight, April 30.
How do I upload the photo?
It's simple. Click here to go to the submission page. Your entry won't automatically go online. It will be reviewed by an editor, and then will join the online slideshow.
