The Canadian crooner's "To Be Loved" CD debuted at No. 1 on Billboard Magazine's Top 200 pop charts last month. Next for Bublé is a 40-city U.S. concert tour, which stops in Charlotte on Oct. 26. Tickets will be available at www.ticketmaster.com beginning May 31, or take a shot at winning a pair at www.charlotteobserver.com/contests.
